-Free initial consultation followed by 2-5 prenatal visits.
-Unlimited phone and email support (between 8am and 8pm) throughout pregnancy.

-Guidance in exploring your emotional journey through pregnancy, birth and motherhood.
-Time to explore pain coping techniques and positions with hands-on practice and guidance
-Basic supportive herbal guidance for a healthy pregnancy, birth and postpartum recovery.
-On call 24/7 from 37 weeks for support or questions
-Empowering support through labor, the birth and early postpartum including physical comfort support, emotional support and information support at home and/or in the hospital.
-1-2 postpartum visits .
-Basic breastfeeding support/education
-Available by phone between 8am and 8pm for any questions or support for three weeks following the birth
-Cost: $700 (with a sliding scale of $500-700 available)
Holistic Doula Package

-Help in clarifying your wishes for birth, writing a birth a plan and education about pregnancy, birth, postpartum and baby care.
-Guidance in exploring your emotional journey through pregnancy, birth and motherhood.

-Henna artwork or belly casting
-Assistance with determining fetal position and using optimal fetal positioning
-Nutritional assessment and recommendations
-Full herbal consultation if desired with guidance on using herbs, nutrition and homeopathic remedies to relieve common problems associated with pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
-Recommendations for the use of herbs or homeopathic remedies in acute situations (for example, a stalled labor or breastfeeding problem)
-On call 24/7 from 37 weeks for support or questions
